Rockett AI Ltd, trading as RockettAI, is registered in England and Wales under company number 15099424. Our registered office is 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. This agreement is between Rockett AI Ltd and the affiliate identified in the personal arrangements below.
Getting started
Apply at https://www.rockettai.com/affiliates/apply and choose the public name for your referral URL. RockettAI reviews your application and offers this agreement if approved. Accept it and acknowledge the advertising requirements in your signed-in portal. Referral links become available only when onboarding is complete and the programme is open. Use https://www.rockettai.com/affiliate-portal to copy your main link, create campaign links and track earnings. Your chosen public name stays the same across campaign links.
Working together
Follow the promotional commitments in your personal arrangements. You remain independent and may work with other brands. You cannot make commitments, collect payments or offer unauthorised discounts on RockettAI’s behalf. Any additional paid content, deadlines or permitted alternatives to the monthly social post must be agreed in writing. We do not require a positive review or approval of each post before publication. Share links to published promotions with us so we can check accuracy and disclosure.
Individual subscriptions
Earn 30% of each eligible Pro Monthly or Pro Annual payment an attributed new customer makes during their first 12 months, starting with their first paid invoice. Monthly billing earns commission on each eligible monthly payment. Annual billing earns commission on the eligible annual payment, not each month. No qualifying payment means no new commission.
Schools and MATs
Earn 10% on eligible standard school and MAT Starter subscription payments during the referred customer’s first 12 months from their first paid invoice. Bespoke school and MAT contracts have no automatic rate: contact RockettAI before introducing the customer so a separate written agreement can confirm the rate, qualifying payments, duration and attribution before the customer signs. Enquiry-led introductions require confirmation of lead ownership and the purchasing organisation. Existing sales opportunities and duplicate individual or trust-included school rewards are excluded.
Tracking and commission
Tracking depends on visitor consent. The latest eligible consented affiliate click within 30 days is used. A customer can belong to only one affiliate; an active friend referral takes precedence. Commission is calculated on qualifying subscription payments actually received, after discounts and excluding tax, customer credits, refunds, chargebacks and one-off services. Payment processing fees do not reduce commissionable revenue. Existing paid customers, self-referrals, fraud, free trials and unpaid registrations do not earn commission. Tell us about apparent tracking errors and we will investigate fairly without asking customers for unnecessary personal or payment information.
Payments
Commission has a 45-day hold before it is available for payment. Payouts are reviewed monthly once the available balance reaches £50; smaller balances carry forward. Supply the invoice and payment information requested through our agreed secure process before payment. Refunds and chargebacks may be deducted from future commission with an explanation. You are responsible for your tax affairs; any properly chargeable supplier VAT requires a valid VAT invoice. Disputed amounts do not prevent payment of unrelated valid earnings.
Responsible promotion
Label advertising clearly with a prominent Ad disclosure upfront and explain the commercial relationship, including commission or complimentary access. Share genuine experience and accurate product information. Do not promise unsupported time savings, educational outcomes, security or compliance. Use fictional demonstration data and never expose pupil, parent, staff or confidential school information. Respect platform rules, audience permissions and employer requirements; disclose purchasing conflicts. Spam, fake reviews and misleading offers are prohibited. Paid advertising, giveaways and voucher-site publication need prior written approval. Both parties will promptly address identified problems and keep non-public business information and credentials confidential.
Your content and access
You own your original content. RockettAI may share links to public posts but will obtain written permission specifying use and duration before reproducing, editing or using your content in paid advertising. Use supplied RockettAI branding only for authorised promotion while this agreement is active. Any complimentary access is specified below, cannot be shared or resold and will not automatically become a paid subscription. RockettAI provides portal access, accurate product information and reasonable support, but does not guarantee sales or earnings.
Ending the arrangement
Either party may end this agreement with 30 days’ written notice by email. Fraud or a serious breach may result in immediate termination; other breaches normally have 14 days to be remedied. Stop new promotions when the arrangement ends; links and complimentary access may be disabled. Valid earned commission remains payable without the £50 threshold. Existing posts may remain if accurate and properly disclosed; correct expired offers and misleading statements of an ongoing partnership. Eligible payments from customers already paying before termination continue until their original 12-month commission period ends. New referrals and first paid invoices on or after termination do not qualify.
Acceptance and changes
This agreement takes effect when you accept RockettAI’s approved offer in your signed-in portal. RockettAI retains the exact agreement and personal arrangements accepted, your typed name and the acceptance date, with a copy available to you. Changes to commercial terms require written agreement and do not retrospectively reduce earned commission. England and Wales law applies and its courts have jurisdiction. We will first try to resolve concerns through discussion. Electronic acceptance is permitted.

Who can join
This is a manually approved UK marketing programme for creators, influencers, bloggers and education professionals. Apply using your own account and accurate business and audience details. Approval is required before you promote a referral link.
Commission
Earn 30% recurring commission on each eligible Pro Monthly or Pro Annual subscription payment an attributed new customer makes during their first 12 months, starting with their first paid invoice. Discounts, customer credit, refunds, chargebacks and any customer invoice VAT reduce commissionable revenue. Existing paid customers and self-referrals are excluded.
Monthly and annual subscriptions
Monthly subscribers generate commission on each eligible monthly payment. Annual subscribers generate commission on their eligible annual payment, not a monthly payment of that commission amount. Each customer has their own 12-month window. No new commission is earned when there is no qualifying payment or after that window ends. Illustrative Pro examples, not current prices: a £10 monthly payment earns £3 commission each month paid; a £100 annual payment earns £30 once. Commission accrual is separate from the monthly payout schedule and its hold and minimum balance.
Schools and MATs
Standard School 10, 20, 30 and 50 plans and MAT Starter earn 10% of eligible subscription revenue received during the first 12 months. Custom MAT contracts require a separate written commission agreement before the first payment; there is no automatic custom contract rate. One-off setup, training and other services, unpaid invoices and revenue outside the eligibility period are excluded. The same purchase cannot earn both individual and organisational commission. Schools included in a trust contract do not earn a second commission.
Organisational introductions
Use your affiliate link for website purchases and school enquiries. Enquiry-led introductions require RockettAI to confirm lead ownership, new-customer eligibility and the purchasing organisation before commission is approved. Existing sales opportunities are excluded. A change of procurement contact does not create a new entitlement. Contact us before arranging a custom MAT introduction. Standard organisational attribution uses the same 30-day window; any different custom terms must be agreed in writing.

Payments
Commission is held for 45 days. Monthly payouts start at £50; smaller balances carry forward. Supplier invoices and payment details must be checked before payment. Refunds and disputes can reduce future balances, including after an earlier payout. Supplier VAT treatment must follow the agreed invoicing terms. RockettAI is not VAT registered.
Clear advertising
Clearly label affiliate advertising with a prominent Ad disclosure before the promotional content. Make accurate claims about RockettAI and explain when you may earn commission. Do not imply endorsement by a school or organisation without permission.
Permitted promotion
Promote through the channels described in your application. Do not use misleading claims, unsolicited bulk messaging, forced redirects, cookie stuffing, scraped discount codes or unauthorised bidding on RockettAI brand terms. Do not publish customer or pupil personal information.
Review and account status
RockettAI reviews applications and may reject, suspend or terminate participation for ineligibility or misuse. Suspended and terminated accounts cannot promote active referral links. Contact RockettAI about changes to your business, channels or VAT status and about disputed commission records.
