Choose the route that fits your staff time
The presentation works as a focused 20-minute briefing, two 30-minute meetings, three staff-meeting parts of 20, 25 and 15 minutes, or a complete 60-minute CPD session. Section and activity titles show the estimated time so meeting leaders can plan confidently.
The optional introduction video gives every member of staff the same starting point before discussion or practical work.
- 20-minute quick briefing
- Two 30-minute meetings
- Three-part 20, 25 and 15-minute sequence
- Complete 60-minute session
Move from a real task to a useful result
Staff begin with the finished result they need, choose the RockettAI tool designed for it and build a checkable input using purpose, context, constraints, format and checks.
A paired activity then takes participants through the whole workflow: choose, create, review, improve and decide whether the result is worth saving or reusing.
Keep professional responsibility visible
The session reinforces minimum-data practice, appropriate use of Safe Mode, human review and local safeguarding, assessment and approval arrangements. Staff are asked to practise with fictional, public or deliberately non-sensitive information.
RockettAI may support drafting and administration around higher-consequence work, but responsible people must retain decisions involving safeguarding, admissions, employment, SEND and disciplinary processes.
